Kendal ASC currently compete in three main league competitions.

Each League consists of three competitions with each one comprising of races for individuals and relay teams.  Swimmers are selected and notified by the League Team Manager.

Cumbria ASA Diddy League
This competition is for 9, 10 and 11 year olds and offers an exciting introduction to team relays for our younger swimmers.  Each competition starts with the team Diddy chant and ends with the Cannon relay event which comprises of the best freestyler of each age group.

National Arena Swimming League
This is the Premier Swimming League Competition for England and Wales. Kendal ASC are competing in North West region Division One.
