Land Training Survey
Is anyone interested in land training?
We are planning to have some land training sessions via Zoom and then hopefully leading on to long term sessions built in alongside pool sessions. The survey below will help us understand the interest and the number of swimmers/members that would participate in these sessions.
THE IMPORTANCE OF DRYLAND TRAINING FOR SWIMMERS
The purpose of dryland training for swimming is to improve the swimmer’s power, athleticism, and overall speed in the pool. Here are five major reasons to incorporate dryland training into a swimmer’s program:
